Where do I even start… Ordered a machine back in March. Two weeks with no updates. Decided I didn’t need the machine so put a cancellation request in. Was told they would have to deduct a percentage off the total cost to cover build time (complete BS if you ask me) so I said ok il take the machine. They used GLS to ship instead of DPD which ended up losing the package in transit. They built another machine for me and sent it out. Machine arrived with DPD and this is where the fun begins. I requested a 2TB SSD drive and it came with a 1TB SSD drive. Under heavy load the computer kept shutting down and restarting, so I’ve had to buy a new PSU from a reputable manufacturer (never heard of the PSU they had in the machine). Under heavy load, my CPU is hitting 100 degrees, terrible cooling which now I’m also spending more to fix and replace. It’s been an absolute mess dealing with David and crew from CustomPC.ie Please please please if your going to order, look at the previous reviews and look at mine. Absolutely abysmal

I purchased a custom-build PC from this site in 2020, as well as a GPU in early 2022. The PC build experience is great - there are a ton of builds available right away, categorised into your various needs; gaming, workstation, etc. Once you choose a pc, you can swap out certain components to either upgrade certain functions, or cut price where you feel is appropriate. The parts in each drop down menu will be compatible with the set up so there's no fear in spoiling the build, although you may want to research a part you are considering to switch to ensure you don't cause bottlenecks. I don't think you can build a pc from scratch however, which some may not like. The PC I purchased came in great condition, and is still running well to this day, even with my DIY upgrades to RAM, M. 2 and GPU. You can see the care they took with cable management in the attached image. They are also partnered with Humm, which allows for easy financing, which I love. There are two main complaints. The site is incredibly slow at times, causing you to click something a second time without realising. There also seems to be an issue with saving your builds; say you choose the "Amd Ryzen 5 RX "Gameforce Edition" Gaming PC", then you spend time switching out a few parts, and save it, when you go back to your saved build later, it annoyingly reverts back to the original build it was based off, i. E. the "Amd Ryzen 5 RX "Gameforce Edition" Gaming PC". The note of what parts you're switching to in a word doc if you want to save yourself a headache. Also, I have yet to receive a single human response from customPC, despite having sent them a number of emails. None of these were massively important, so it hasn't bothered me, but I can imagine this being frustrating if something has gone wrong with your order and need to contract someone. Even with the cons, I'm very pleased with the items I've received from them, and all fairly reasonably priced considering the labour involved. And they're 100% Irish-owned, so a better company to spend your money on rather than Amazon. I'm positive there are numerous good reviews for every 1-star review here, people are simply more likely to go out of their way to complain than compliment, not to undermine their complaints. They do need to drastically improve on customer service to get my 5th star.

I decided to cancel my order within 48 hours and requested that, but this company didn’t cancel my order. It's a very unfair business behaviour. I wrote a complaint to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.

Please beware of this company and buy elsewhere. Paid 10,000 euro for pcs and They pay less than 10 euro to a standard courier to deliver. The fragile contents came damaged and the graphics Card dislodged. When problems arise with the pcs the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life and they are rude and unhelpful. They take your money and after that there finished with you. No acknowledgement of the huge amount of money spent. Worst customer service...from a devasted Customer I strongly advise shop elsewhere for pcs

Sold a faulty computer worth more than €1350. This company refused to give me a refund. I had to get my bank involved, once I submitted all my evidence against the retailer the bank settled in my favor and they reversed the transaction. Beware of this company.

Shamefull customer service. Ridiculously long delivery time. If you enjoy being offended by people you spend your money with, this shed operation is ideal for you, if not save youself the hassle and buy somewhere else.
