“Evicting families without either helping to try help find other properties. No concern or empathy. Conveniently not doing repairs or losing the repair reports. Awful company wouldn't advise anyone to use them. They sit in the ivory tower telling how much they help the community but put families through hell. You have been warned”

“My partner and I recently looked around a CWB Property, we really liked what we saw and put down an offer on this property. When this offer was declined, we went ahead and asked to put a higher offer down. We both then received separate phone calls from CWB regarding this, the Estate Agent was rude and condescending towards both of us, stating that they were concerned about our "financial status" and would not be putting a higher offer down. This confused us, they had no reason to be concerned about, we would not be putting down an offer above our means. They went on to say that unless we sent them the entirety of proof of our savings that they would not be taking our offer seriously and that "there is no point as we won't be accepting your offer as you cannot match the ones we have." They were not willing to give us any chance to put in offers and had clearly made a judgement on us without any rhyme or reason. Therefore, due to our personal contact with CWB, I would not attempt to buy a property from them again.”
