“Awful company, took two weeks for my order to arrive and was the wrong colour bum bag. Then asked why the wrong one had come and to send the right colour as for a present. Conveniently for them they say it was ‘ticketed wrong’ and now they are out of stock of the other colour! Like I pointed out they sent me the wrong colour on purpose just to make a sale! First time buyer so I was not aware of the no return policy. The assistant did not inform me and when I returned to the shop the very unhelpful assistant told me that I should have read the "tiny" sign close to the till, which by the way was not immediately visible until pointed out.
Considering we are in the middle of a covid-19 pandemic and it's not possible to try clothing in the shop the they should allow for a refund.
Unfortunately, even though the trousers I bought fit me perfectly on the hips are far to big on the trouser leg so was pointless a smaller size as the assistant suggested.
I find this disgustingly appalling and unprofessional.”

Said they would replace once they received the ones I sent back.
Admitted in their first email that I'd ordered a different shoe. Second email said that the order they sent was the one I made, probably because my original order had gone out of stock.
My order was supposed to be a Christmas present, highly unlikely I'll receive the correct order back in time, considering the length of time the first package took to arrive.
Don't ignore the bad reviews like I did.
