“Excellent customer service. While another provider completely failed to sort my laptop problem, The London Bit Medic solved the problem within 24 hrs of contacting them! Really great service and reasonably priced too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!”

“I really can't speak highly enough about Aonghus & the service he provides. From the first call through to completion he keeps you fully informed of the possible problems, causes, solutions, & the cost implications. Him coming to your home/office is fantastic too as many companies, offering the same services, want you to bring the machine to them. he is also really quick. After establishing the likely problem on the the phone my iMac went from completely broken down to working better than before within 24 hours. The cost was great (cheaper than other companies who wanted me to take the Mac to them). On top of all this Aoghus is a really nice guy!! HIGHLY recommended..........”

“I was in panic having been told by Apple my I mac was now classified as obsolete - unfixable. I'd smelt burning. I called London Bit Medic and got Aonghus. He said he could come and diagnose the fault. Over the phone he gave me good advice, various options and their costs. He came after the weekend in the evening, spent a good 2 hours, took the I mac apart, ran it, set up tests. Charge £80.00. The I mac is now running ok. I may decide to buy a new one or get a refurbished one next year. If I do I will definitely use Aonghus to set it all up, load from back up etc . Top class guy, highly recommend. Nick Would”

“We were very satisfied with the two visits we have had from this repair service. Aonghus was prompt, patient, effective and a pleasure to talk to while we waited for the computer to do or not do whatever was being asked of it. Also, his charge was very reasonable and his encouraging one to avoid the expense of a visit by trying to sort things out on the phone is, to say the least, unusual, and also very welcome”

“My IMac completely died after a power outage a while ago. It was manufactured in 2009 and as such was considered 'vintage' by Apple which meant that neither they or or any Apple accredited dealers would touch it. I then went online and luckily came across LBM. After a quick webchat with Aonghus he diagnosed the issue (burnt out power supply) and gave me an estimate for parts and labour (very reasonable). He ordered the part and came to my place in South London where he took the mac apart, skillfully, and replaced the power supply. To my great relief the Imac was on again. In addition to that he corrected an issue with what I thought was missing RAM so the Imac is running even better that before. Swift, professional service, on site from a personable, helpful guy. Spread the word!!! Sanie, South London”

“My Macbook Pro failed to boot up, I scanned various sites on my mobile phone looking for a fix. I came across LBM and called. As I reside in Qatar i don't have access to any computer support, none that I am familiar with at any rate. Aonghus from LBM was great on the phone explaining the possibilities and chances of success. He posted to me a memory stick with a new OS and when it arrived talked me through the upload by phone. In the end all went fine, all data was retrieved and I am back! Yippee. It is rare to find a competent honest person these days, Aonghus is one of those guys, and no we are not related, I am an Aussie. Give LBM a try, I was most pleased.”

“I contacted Aonghus in the afternoon about an urgent Macbook problem; he was able to come to my house that same evening (coming from another job on the other side of London) to diagnose and fix it. It's now working better than it was before and it was a pleasure to meet Aonghus.”

“Speedy MacBook Pro repairs London Bit Medic expertise and great service was much appreciated when I called them for repairs on my Mac book pro. They offered free diagnostic support over the phone to determine cause of the problem. Followed by a visit to my work premises to carry out necessary repairs. I'd highly recommend LBM for professional and efficient repairs!”

“Absolutely brilliant. My 6-year-old iMac conked out and I lost everything: all my files, emails, contacts. Aonghus came to my house promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem: hard drive kaput. He installed a new one, retrieved all my data, and updated my computer. All for very reasonable rates. He certainly goes the extra mile and I consider myself very lucky to have found such a splendid service. Highly recommended.”
