My Macbook Pro failed to boot up, I scanned various sites on my mobile phone looking for a fix. I came across LBM and called. As I reside in Qatar i don't have access to any computer support, none that I am familiar with at any rate. Aonghus from LBM was great on the phone explaining the possibilities and chances of success. He posted to me a memory stick with a new OS and when it arrived talked me through the upload by phone. In the end all went fine, all data was retrieved and I am back! Yippee. It is rare to find a competent honest person these days, Aonghus is one of those guys, and no we are not related, I am an Aussie. Give LBM a try, I was most pleased.
