My IMac completely died after a power outage a while ago. It was manufactured in 2009 and as such was considered 'vintage' by Apple which meant that neither they or or any Apple accredited dealers would touch it. I then went online and luckily came across LBM. After a quick webchat with Aonghus he diagnosed the issue (burnt out power supply) and gave me an estimate for parts and labour (very reasonable). He ordered the part and came to my place in South London where he took the mac apart, skillfully, and replaced the power supply. To my great relief the Imac was on again. In addition to that he corrected an issue with what I thought was missing RAM so the Imac is running even better that before. Swift, professional service, on site from a personable, helpful guy.
