The training itself is easy to use. Sometime getting the passwords, isn't the easiest process. All in all the Yardstick Training is useful, simple, & effective.

TDG presentation requires an update on some of their slides The presentation needs to be availalbe on USB and not CD Danatec training has been a staple of our training for many years.It is good training and made easy for classroom delivery.

Hi, your material is great and I have been using it for years through different companies. When dealing with your employees either on the phone or through email, they are always great and helpful. The only disappointment I have had is that I emailed through your website asking if I could purchase additional certificates for WHMIS and TDG and did not get a response from anyone

Danatec training provides my personnel with good introduction into TDG and WHMIS 2015 systems. They gain knowledge of systems and learn what to look for.

Good morning Last year I tried to register 2 or 3 of my staff for the online TDG course.. I spent more time trying to register for the course then it took my staff to take the course. I must have called 5-10 times to get the issue resolved and still problems occurred. One of your staff eventually sent me a hard copy of the learning material as I was willing to forfeit my money then spend more time on the process. Sorry but I don't have time to waste trying to register for a course. Please ensure you have a dedicated person you can call to either fix the issue or be able to register on the phone.

It is a good program for those who can work independantly through the materials. When trying to use it for those who struggle with reading or ESL I found it more difficult to guide them through the material.

I have bought a couple of courses, the first went smoothly, but the second one Confined Space Entry I failed the final exam and I understood it was my mistake. I called and was told to do it again and I had to do the whole course three times already and no final exam has been shown on my screen. I emailed explaining about the issue already and had not been emailed back The have god each but these problems surely disappoint me greatly because of the "great" reviews the program has.

The people telling their experience is not necessary. Stick to the course instead of listening to people’s life story. Useless

The new update of the site looks nice BUT is not very user friendly for learning groups of all ages. The previous style was easier for the older generation to navigate through. There is still and aging work force that renew their training using these programs and I don't feel that the new upgrade takes these learners into account. I also do not care for the new functions under the admin profiles as the old system was alot more user friendly to add users and manage courses than the new current model.

Nous avons acheter bcp de formatiin pour.le simdut et il ya toujours des erreurs dans la formation.... une question en particulier est problemetique et en plus une fois l examen terminer ...le resultats n apparait pas ...incapacité a actualiser la formtion ....prend un temps enorme a obtenir le certifacts apres plusieurs appel avotre service a la clientele Cette problemetique est pour toute formation les formations simdut que nous avons acheté depuis avril 2018 Merci

I am not sure why, but the last year or so Danatec has been absolutely a nightmare to work with. I hope they figure it out very soon. Very disappointed and am looking for a new supplier.

No service. Trying to get customer service since Friday. no return calls; no return emails. Whimis course completed 2 twice and it does not acknowledge that I have done the course. I will go elsewhere next time.

Wish link that was sent out for course start by email said do not use internet explorer for course. Tried their chat bot which was no help. So I contacted customer support to resolve log in problem was asked to leave phone number and they would get back to me in order of calls received at 1 PM. Been waiting over 4 hrs for call.

It the worst system to do on the internet, slow as a snail, keeps not responding, nothing but garbage, should never charge for a shitty system
