“i tried to to an arc flash certification, it took 6 hours for the course, at the end i failed the final test 2 times, so i called them to see what i can do, they said i have to do all course again, and pay again and again and again if i cintinue failing and is not cheap ,it is $136.45 canadian dollars. i understand that i need to pay attention, but this exams are extremely complex and diffucult questions, is kind of stupid, like if they want you to fail so you pay more. i will get another company to do this certification, i heard there are some canadian on line companies for 35 dollars”

“I am not sure why, but the last year or so Danatec has been absolutely a nightmare to work with. I hope they figure it out very soon. Very disappointed and am looking for a new supplier.”

“No service. Trying to get customer service since Friday. no return calls; no return emails. Whimis course completed 2 twice and it does not acknowledge that I have done the course. I will go elsewhere next time.”

“Wish link that was sent out for course start by email said do not use internet explorer for course. Tried their chat bot which was no help. So I contacted customer support to resolve log in problem was asked to leave phone number and they would get back to me in order of calls received at 1 PM. Been waiting over 4 hrs for call.”
