“Best catering service ever, will definitely use Red Awaywhere very good and food especially out of this world could not find any fault. - service was also great, never in your face . We would recommend them to anyone who wants to hold an event or just a house party.”

“Red were fantastic. We had a great food tasting and meeting with Sophie a few months before the wedding and set out a lot of the details then. We then organised all the final, smaller details by email closer to the event and Sophie was always quick to reply and arranged anything we needed. On the day before the wedding things were set up without us even noticing and she spent time helping me with details I was concerned with. On the night I didn't even notice the service because everything was smealess and stress free. Sophie was incredible at making sure we were well looked after without any faff. She even had tissues on hand for me during the speeches!! The food was amazing, we've had lots of positive comments from guests and the bar was run perfectly with everything was cleared up for us at the end of the night. I'd hugely recommend the trio of desserts!! Thank you RED for a perfect night! I feel extremely lucky to have been so well looked after on my special day.”

“Red Anywhere were our Caterers for our Wedding day on 26th September 2015. They were recommended to us by our venue Ridge Farm and I have to say I am so pleased we used them. From the beginning Red made the wedding planning so easy, with home visits, tastings, and great recommendations on menus, canapés, drinks. They were so flexible with us (a bride and groom with very different taste preferences) the food on the day met both our liking. The canapés were amazing, very hot and the service was great, Red even ensured the bride and groom had there own canapés platter! Likewise with the serving of the champagne, again they were so attentive to all out guests and ensure we had a drink too. The wedding breakfast was amazing, every guest complemented the meal, it was all delicious, hot and served very promptly. Great food, Great portions. All of the staff at Red were so friendly and happy, the bar staff was great and very quick making sure no one was waiting long drinks either. Red went over and beyond to ensure our day went smoothly and Sophie's event management skill were wonderful. We would highly recommend Red for any event, all the Red team made our wedding day even more spectacular and I hope that we will be at a wedding in the future where I can experience Red Service again. 10 out of 10!”

“Having organised an outdoor themed wedding, in a field by a beautiful lake we were concerned about the caterers not being able to provide quality food from a small catering tent...we were so wrong. Red Anywhere and the team there were nothing short of incredible. The quality of food was perfect but the thing that really stood out was their "that'll do, won't do" attitude, their ability to make us feel totally at ease and the effort that they put in on the day was so very appreciated. A massive thank you to Sophie who we were dealing with in the lead up to the wedding and also a huge thank you to Michael who was incredible on the day - lighting our fires, getting space hoppers out of the lake, he did so much more than what was required! Can not recommend Red enough, yes they were a bit pricey but the thing you need on your wedding day is peace of mind and the confidence that your caterers will not fail you - and Red will not! The team that worked on the day just went about their business, you hardly knew that they were there, just quality food kept cropping up in front of us, it was seamless professionalism with a friendly and thoughtful element. “I want to thank everyone at Red Anywhere for such amazing canapés and food at the weekend - I would not have changed anything. Your staff were wonderful and so professional. I would definitely use Red Anywhere again and recommend them to anyone looking for amazing food at their party - I just need an excuse for another party! Many thanks Frankie”

“We cannot iterate enough how impressed we have been with Red Anywhere, and in particular how responsive, efficient, helpful and supportive Sophie Bain was during the build up to our day. We searched through numerous caterers and undertook a number of tastings before we found Red Anywhere. It is no understatement when I say the food blew us away in our tasting. The main concern is always that cooking for two is very different to cooking for c.150 and we were hoping that the food would be even half as good as the tasting. In actual fact Red Anywhere blew it out of the water and re-created food that tasted just as good – if not better. Every single guest at the wedding has say unequivocally it was the best food they have ever tasted at a wedding. We really were impressed. The team were attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. As said before – Sophie Bain was personally incredible and we could not recommend her any more for organising your wedding.”

“We were delighted with the celebration lunch we had. Red Anywhere were extremely professional and well organized. The food was delicious and all our guests commented on the quality of the meal. I will recommend Red Anywhere to all our friends. The food and service they provided was exceptional, It was all excellent. Thank you all for all the hard work both before and on the day. It was a day to remember.”

“We were absolutely delighted with Red Catering. They were completely professional from the very start, and really organised and business-like. I felt like they were on top of everything, had all the details in one document whenever I requested changes or made updates to numbers/dietary requests etc. They organised a great tasting for us and filled me with confidence that I could completely relax and leave all matters related to catering in their hands - I never needed to chase up or send reminders. It was such a relief to have that aspect of the wedding planning completely taken off my shoulders. It was also great that the pricing was so transparent and no hidden extras added on at any point. This seemed to be a big issue with other caterers we looked at. On the day, Sophie was absolutely wonderful, everything ran exactly to time (which I have rarely seen at other weddings I have attended). Everyone commented on the food, which was really delicious and beautifully presented. We have a few vegetarians in our family and they were particularly impressed and the tasty meals which made a break from the usual boring vegetarian option supplied at these events. For the meat eaters, the duck was absolutely delicious. The service was faultless - the waitresses and bar staff were smart and professional. The next day we came back to the barn to collect things and found it beautifully cleared away and everything organised. Sophie was fantastic from start to finish and I would not hesitate at all to recommend the company.”

“Where do we start with these guys? Sophie and her team went so far to make our day special and it ran like clockwork... nothing about what we wanted for the food was standard, whether it was tweaking their recipes to fit our ideas, creating whole new concepts, or working with other suppliers they took it all in stride and produced the most wonderful customized menu of food we could think of. We didn't give them the easiest layout to work with and their execution and efficiency were still absolutely top class. On the day they weren't just caterers, they were there to make sure our day was amazing and helped out in any way they could - we cannot say how appreciative we were and how awesome it was to have these guys at our backs, nothing was too much trouble. Not just caterers, but true event professionals, we'd recommend RED and team to anyone we know - and we have! :)”

“Red recently catered for mine and my husbands wedding are we were incredibly impressed with the service we received. Sophie was easy to deal with throughout via email and was always happy to answer questions for us. The food was amazing - everyone keeps telling us how delicious it was! It was exactly the same as our tasting back in February and each guests dish was the same high quality. Red were also excellent in catering for those with dietary requirements such as my father-in-law who is coeliac. The bar service provided was reasonably priced and had plenty of alcohol on offer. The staff were also very professional and friendly throughout the day, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend!”

“The wedding breakfast was lovely - all the guests commented on how nice the food was. The service was ok (it was a bit of shame that the waitresses dropped so much cutlery when collecting the plates between courses (unfortunately the noise of this was quite loud in the barn) and there was quite a delay between the starter and main course). The evening food was not announced and most guests (including the bride, groom, ushers etc.) were not aware that it was being served. We would however, highly recommend the ice-cream which was delicious. So overall the food was lovely but the service lacked in a number of places.”

“Red Anywhere provided a first class service for our daughter's 18th birthday party. The canapés and barbecue were delicious. Sophie and her team arranged everything beautifully resulting in 60, happy and well feed, teenagers and leaving us, the parents, with no stress and only happy memories.”

“Sophie and Andy were an absolute pleasure to deal with, they were so professional and helpful, and made our wedding day so incredibly special, we couldn't have asked for anything more. The food was exceptional (so many people have commented that it's the best wedding breakfast they have ever had) and the waiters, and waitresses were so polite and friendly - always smiling. Sophie is the most amazing girl too!! Loved every minute of it, and a great deal of that is down to the amazing food and service from the Red team. THANK YOU! Love James and Katie x”

“Sophie, Ellie and the rest of the team at Red were fantastic. I can't sing their praises highly enough!! We asked them to cater our wedding in Eastbourne and throughout the whole process they were easy to deal with, friendly, clear and always helpful. When I first found them online I was really keen to have them cater the wedding; the food sounded delicious and was just what I wanted. I enquired about their services and they were really quick to get back in contact with me, which was something that persisted in all our conversations, making it so easy to get everything sorted in a relatively short time frame. In both families, we had a number of different dietary requirements and catering for all of them was really important to me. The team at Red were knowledgeable and always able to advise or suggest alternatives. When we went for the tasting we were blown away. Having expected the food to be good, we were thrilled when we tasted it, the duck egg and asparagus starter, sirloin of beef and trio of deserts; brownie, pavlova and cheesecake were all fantastic. I'd do it all over again just to eat the food!! On the day of the wedding the food was just as good as the tasting which, I imagine, is no mean feat when a meal for two becomes a meal for 80. The canapés went down very well and the fish and chips cones in the evening still have people talking. A number of people have told us that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. The staff at Red were lovely; not only those we dealt with while arranging everything but the servers and bar staff on the day were so friendly. I'm so happy we were able to have Red cater our wedding and I would recommend them without hesitation. Thanks Red, you really helped make our day one to remember . Maggie and Carl”

“We got married at Long Furlong Barn on 13 June 2015. We were highly impressed by the efficiency of Sophie and Ellie in the months running up to the wedding. As a vegetarian, the choice was excellent, and Red were extremely helpful in catering to various dietary requirements. The food was incredible - particularly the 3 cheese bubble and squeak and the smoked haddock scotch egg. Our guests also commented on how tasty the meal was. The service on the day was fantastic, making it all run so smoothly. Thank you so much to everyone at Red Anywhere! Carolyn and Joe”

“Very friendly and attentive waiting staff, flexible to dietary requirement changes for family members, fantastic food quality, and generous portion sizes. Only real downside that could be mentioned is the bar; firstly due to it closing an hour before the DJ stopped, and secondly, it was mentioned that the prices were a little steep. Other than that, nothing else to detract at all!”

It is wonderful to see such great feedback about your experience with Red Anywhere and it was a pleasure working with you on your big day. I appreciate your feedback about the Bar. Unfortunately, the licence at your venue restricted the time drinks could be served until so the team were instructed to stop in accordance with the licence which meant the bar had to close. We also take on board your comments about the bar prices. We try to price our products in line with Gastro pub prices. We don’t charge hotel prices but neither do we charge Weatherspoon’s prices. We do review our prices on a regular basis and try to ensure these are as competitive as possible. May we wish you both all the happiness in the future!
