Where do we start with these guys? Sophie and her team went so far to make our day special and it ran like clockwork... nothing about what we wanted for the food was standard, whether it was tweaking their recipes to fit our ideas, creating whole new concepts, or working with other suppliers they took it all in stride and produced the most wonderful customized menu of food we could think of. We didn't give them the easiest layout to work with and their execution and efficiency were still absolutely top class. On the day they weren't just caterers, they were there to make sure our day was amazing and helped out in any way they could - we cannot say how appreciative we were and how awesome it was to have these guys at our backs, nothing was too much trouble. Not just caterers, but true event professionals, we'd recommend RED and team to anyone we know - and we have! :)
