“My mum ordered blinds from them. Firstly when we spoke to Amin over the phone he said they could for the blinds in December as it was a new house we decided to go with them. Someone came to our house to show us the samples and they we're very rude. From the moment he walked in he kept saying he was busy and in a rush to see another customer. We gave him the measurements as the house was a new build and didn’t pay attention to anything and tried to rush us through the process.
We never received any updates on when the blinds will be fitted and when we called Amin the owner would tell us "It's not 9am yet, business hasn’t started" instead of simply giving us the answer or telling us he will find out and call back. The blinds eventually came and they we're all the wrong size, the sales agent who hadn't paid attention had given them the measurements the other way round. We called Amin and he shouted at my mum on the phone saying it was her fault, didn’t even try and listen or rectify the problem. Luckily we had a good fitter who was able to speak to the company and get blinds that actually fit.
I 100% would not recommend this company, don't believe the reviews, Amin moderates all the reviews and removes bad one even though they're true. If you read reviews from other review sites you will see the true nature of how they run this business. They are incompetent and rude who treat their customer's horribly. Do Not Buy From Them.”
“Worst experience ever. Ordered day and night blinds in July 2020. They arrived a month later and turned out to be the wrong size, they went back in to be corrected and came back to me, again they were the wrong fitting.
Then I get told by the fitter that they are not designed for my windows as I have a square bay window. I asked for my money and was refused. They said they would correct them and they took them back again.
Third time they came to fit the blinds and this time they couldn’t get all the window blinds to sit correctly, one was higher than the other, the other was slanted and none of the patterns matched or were even level at the bottom.
Was told last two weeks that they would come out and fix the issue I’m still waiting.”
“I don’t recommend at all bad poor service. They damaged brand new home and electric blinds not working with in a month. They don’t bother about your comaplaints”
