“ They have taken "receipt" of my delivery on the 1st April...It is Friday the 12th now....no further updates and no delivery!!! Phoned them, after waiting forever for an agent I was told they will deliver next week sometime? Absolutely pathetic service. ”

“ Dpd is such a useless company, I have been waiting for a week to receive my parcel. They gave me a lame excuse that my address was incorrect, gave them my address but still no delivery. They don’t even bother with calling/emailing you concerning the delay. Buffalo should just quit using this useless company I don’t even understand why it’s still running with such negative reviews.
