“I have one complaint, which is really not your fault. I purchased and downloaded 2 songs the other day and forgot that I had already purchased 1 of them a year ago. I wish there was a way to indicate to us dummies that we have ordered that item in the past.”

“Although we were sent the wrong item the first time, the second time we were sent the correct item. Both of the items were beautiful and we were pleasantly surprised both, at how quickly the corrected item was delivered to us, but also that Daywind did not require us to return the first incorrect item back to them.
