I am normally very satisfied. But this time I paid the same amount for the demo and one accompaniment track. Usually I get more that one track and in 2 or 3 keys for the same price.

It would have been a lot more convenient to be able to download songs I purchase directly to my iPhone or iPad.

Download was strange. Look me a long time to sort out what file was what key etc. Haven’t really used. Bought for next year.

I got an email that my order was on backorder so I canceled it and ordered a download which I had a very difficult time getting. Then, I got an email that my order had shipped so now I'm stuck with paying for a CD AND a download. I'm not happy about that.

I have never had a problem until now. But this time I can not get the items I purchased to download to my music. So they are unusable to me. I can listen to them but they are stuck in a program that is all I can do. I purchased instrumentals so I could rip to CD and use them at Church when I sing.

I love the fact that I can download a track and not have to wait on a CD to be shipped, however, the download process was quiet confusing since I made the purchase on my iPhone. It took me til the next day to figure out that it was auto downloaded into a file folder app that I didn’t even know existing. I would like some to see additional info added to explain that. It seems the info on the Download page assumes it will be downloaded to a computer
