Saw Esther in Branson in Aug. 2023. Great. Ordered 2 DVDs from Daywind before 2023 Christmas; one was gift. Recipient said she enjoyed. Just attempted to view my DVD yestsrday. First hour had "pauses" then audio developed glitch. After 15 minutes or so, it improved but not enough to continue watching. Hope thd DVFs I ordered for Valentine & Easter gifts will be viewable.

I'm not satisfied with the customer service I received when I called and asked if there were a black Friday sale was told no before I ordered for my church only 8 hours later at 9:00 PM 25% off sale I feel like you ripped off my church will think twice before I order again

The download process was very cumbersome compared to others. Translating your code numbers into hi - med- lo trax w/ or without vocals was only minimally successful. The recordings are fine, it's the process that needs work. BTW: the zip file didn't work at all.

Not what I expected, failed to understand download performance but that on me. Never was able to get it to download wasted my purchased.

I was able to download my purchase with no problem, but when I tried to play the tracks I received an error message on every single one that said "server execution failed". I was unable to use the tracks I purchased. :(

There was an extra song on the website that was not included on the disk I received.

To me my purchase on the web site was confusing and did not give clear indication of what was taking place during the purchase and if it was completed or if I was even going to receive my download. signed Clear as Mud

I tried twice to place my order online. but the system crashed each time when I clicked to finished the order. I had an online chat and was told there must be a glitch. So I had to call in the order. I would rate that part very good. But the entire process took about three times as long to finish due to having tried twice online.
