“I placed an order on September 4 2020. It was dispatched on September 16. It is October 24 and still so sign of the products I purchased! They informed me that their local carrier mixed up the city of delivery but I haven't heard anything from them since October 16. No respond to my emails, no refund! The luck of respect to their customer is unprecedented!!”
