“The cooker I ordered was perfect. Did take longer than I expected for delivery and not any communication from supplier, also delivery firm would not take upstairs to a flat ( one lot of stairs, inside the building! )”

“Service from Deals4u excellent however the Parcelforce delivery was not so good - they advised delivery on Thursday, which was a day when I couldn't be home, so I rang to arrange another day but was told that this was not possible so they would waste their time trying to deliver on Thursday and when this failed they would try again on Friday! On the Thursday I received a text telling me that the scheduled delivery time (obviously this was doomed to failure) but on Friday they sent no communication of expected delivery time and when I rang all they could say was that it was out for delivery. I waited in all day and it finally arrived at 5.20pm. Think they need to get their act Together!”

“I would not have given such a high rating originally as we ordered a clearance slightly dented Bosch dishwasher (that would not have shown once fitted) for a lower price, received a 'returns' dishwasher in error, then this was exchanged for the clearance item which had a worse dent than advertised and the fixings missing! All the time we were in contact with customer service who were very helpful in sorting our problems. In the end did we did negotiate some compensation for the mix up and issues, where we were given the option of the fixings sent for the clearance item with a further price reduction, or a brand new Bosch dishwasher for a discounted price, so we decided to pay the difference for a new one and this was exchanged! So all in all, 5 weeks and 3 dishwashers later we have one fitted and working well! I believe that if I had ordered a new dishwasher, I would not have had any of these problems, the customer service was good, mistakes happen and they rectified them for us probably at a financial loss to themselves! Even if you pay full price for a new one with Deals2u, they are a staggering £80 cheaper than AO for this Bosch model so I would definitely use Deals4u again for purchasing an appliance!”

“had to wait 2wks for delivery but on contacting deals4u the girls were all extremely helpful and kept me up to date. when my fire was received from their supplier it was delivered within 24 hours. their service was excellent.”

“The microwave was delivered promptly. Unfortunately the door was damaged and I contacted Deals4u and explained the issue. Arrangements were made to collect the microwave and the money to be refunded. Again this was dealt with promptly and efficiently.”

“I ordered a Neff hob as theirs was by far the cheapest price around. However, after several weeks it had not been delivered. On phoning I was informed it had just been despatched and the carrier called me to confirm a time for delivery. Had I been kept better informed I would have given them 5 stars.”

“Prices were the best I could find for the products I ordered, I did plenty of research as well! A range of payment options made the process easier, I chose PayPal. I was expecting a call to arrange a suitable time for delivery. I received that call from the courier stating they were at my address with the goods and they were delivering at that time. Not a major problem as they were left securely out of view. Overall a good experience, I would use them again & would recommend them to family & friends.”
