“Very easy to use the online ordering facility and had quick response even over the Xmas shut down but the delivery was a little less smooth. One part was delivered super fast even for a holiday period but I had to chase up the other delivery 3 times and the delivery driver then kept calling me (bum dialing!!) and not answering. Very pleased with the items but they need to tighten up the delivery side of things”

“Couriers used failed to contact me to deliver but called the next day,nobody in so delivered 4 days later, really needed it so not happy.Had they contacted me I could have been in,When I phoned them the response was not good.”

“It was not clear (from their documentation) what the delivery procedure would be. Communication was poor via their "Ask a question" box on their site. Telephone communication good. The Roberts radio is very good (as expected). Unbeatable price.”

“Purchasing was overall a good experience and I would use the Company again. My slight criticism is that they would improve customer service by introducing a better system to update customers of the progress of the order, as several days gap in contact occurred and in the end I contacted myself to help ensure everything was in order.”

“The product came directly from the manufacturer within the time quoted for delivery bu I did not receive a dispatch advice from deals4U, my order just turned up on the doorstep. Good value deal though!”

“Helpful friendly rep when contacting by phone. Delivery took 2 days longer than the max 10 in the stated time of 7 to 10. Delivery time/day not received by phone as stated; fortunately one person at home. Otherwise fine.”

“Thus far I cannot be conclusive about deals4U as the item delivered has not yet been fitted. All I can say is that the cardboard container was a bit bashed about and on one side very dirty possibly either from the delivery van (Cheetah) or from the warehouse. Geoff C”
