“Delivery was quick and the man even asked where we want the package. The product - a tumble dryer -was poor - ran for 1 hour. Than started to make heavy noise which doesn't sound healthy........ we see how this story will end”

“Exactly what we ordered. There was no way we could track delivery or know when it was being delivered so it just turned up one day luckily we where in to take delivery. Apart from that delivery was reasonably quick.”

“The item was dispatched on time but the company you use for the delivery messed it up. There was no clear indication on which day the delivery was going to happen. Nevertheless, has my neighbour was working from home, I gave her my wireless bell. We live in a Victorian terrace house with just 1 door and 2 bells. The delivery company (parcelforce) said they couldn't deliver because there was no flat indication in the address. They didn't even left a card. It was 1 1/2 later that I found out my 30kg package was waiting for me at a depot Counting the days to be returned. This is sloppiness from parcelforce driver. This is "I don't give a damn about what my job is about" Mr parcelforce driver”

“I am pleased with my new Iceking fridge. I bought it at a cheaper price than I could find it anywhere else and with free delivery. A bargain. It's a good sized family fridge. The only thing I didn't like was I was told the day my appliance would arrive but no time. A phone call from the driver en route would have been helpful.”

“All good-Price the best on line for the Bosch dishwasher I purchased. Product arrived in good shape. But -could have been much,muchbetter at updating me re' likely delivery date-I had to do all the chafing until it arrived at the transport contractor .”
