“They took the money the item did not arrive a week later they said it would be delivered the a week later still no item rang them again then rang back to say they were unable to deliver it till April, money refunded quickly which is the good thing about them.”

“Questionairre re customers needs was found UNDER packag.ing so drier was not unwrapped, packing was not removed nor was the old machine also when packing was removed machine was covered in residue from sticky tape an ugly mess.what now how to get rid of old machine , etc. The driver should have handed me the form to be completed i await your reply. i am elderly lady walk with sticks i do not need added stress in my life, (mrs) silvia f. Reid”

“Not good. My appliance did not come the day it was supposed too. Neither did it arrive the second date I was given. It arrived on the third date I was given. Not impressed with Deals4u and will not use their services again.”

“I expressly stated that delivery of my washing machine could not be made until I instructed delivery to be made, as the property was not complete. You failed to take any notice of my instruction and this machine was delivered and currently sits in a garage at the Show Home on site. We have not therefore taken delivery of the machine yet, or had the opportunity to inspect for damage. The machine will remain your responsibility until we are able to inspect and arrange transport to our new home, which may be some weeks away. We are not impressed, and we were extremely embarrassed by the delivery!”

“I ordered a cooker that was due to be delivered. The money for the purchase was taken out of my account. I never heard anything from Deals4u and contacted the company. I was told the cooker was not in stock & would be delivered 1st week I. may. That date hasn't arrived yet. I'm just annoyed that I had to chase this up & that nearly £600 in the meantime was taken for payment. I'm still quite uneasy and I'm hoping it all works out.”

“Terrible company I purchased a microwave for £800 more than 3 weeks ago and it's still not here despite telling me it was in stock when I ordered, I still don't have it and now the phone just goes to answerphone”
