“I would write a review if I had of even received my purchase by now, made 3 weeks ago, on the promise of a 10-12 day delivery. Living without an oven for this long is difficult and costly.”

“Still don't have my product and there is virtually zero communication. Order was placed on the 3rd February, I will avoid using them in the future.”

“Wow, where did you get all these reviews saying how great awesome Deals_4_u are so great. They pulled the bait and switch on me with no mention of a refund. Will not contact me back, but stay silent. I will never use this site again and warn you that you should be beware as they make sure the money is deposit in their account. The next day they say we don't have what you ordered but please take the inferior product instead. BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!! They should at least get back to me in a reasonable time. BAD”

“Not at all happy. I ordered an electric fire which you said was in stock, took my payment only to get in touch with me a few days later to say you hadn't got any until week beginning 13 Feb. So I now have to pay my credit card for something I have not yet got. Surely you should not take payment until the order is dispatched!”

“We ordered a dyson vacuum cleaner. Was told it would be 2-3 days then got an email saying it would come week beginning 16th Jan. By the Friday of that week it had still not arrived so I phoned Deals4U to be told it should be here the next week. I am currently still waiting my purchase. Not impressed and probably wont use this company again!”

“My purchase has still not arrived - apparently it is due on the 17th January 2017. Despite this long delivery time payment was taken from our account at the time of order. At this moment in time I cannot give any rating.”

“Ordered a microwave and after numerous phone calls to be told it will be in three different days. Had to cancel and get it from another company so it took nearly four week in total so will not shop with Deals4u again.”

“Ordered a Dimplex fire. Website said free upgrade to latest model. Emailed them and they said yes, it was the latest one. When it arrived it was the old model. Not impressed! Royal Mail's delivery was a joke. No way I could check online when it would arrive, and no text from them either. Ended up collecting it from a Post Office 2 miles away. The prices might be attractive, but my experience with Deals4u was dismal.”

“Price good delivery average, dishwasher had probably been turned upside down during delivery power box displaced. No replacement available. Bosch technician fixed it. Delivery van too small and badly organised such that load had to be partly unpacked to gain access.”

“Having placed my order (for a Bosch dishwasher), a few days later I was advised that the model was discontinued and that my order was cancelled. I was able to get the same dishwasher elsewhere, it was definitely not discontinued. Misleading information, very disappointing.”

“We ordered a Bosch dishwasher at a much lower price than the competition and were not disappointed. Delivery was a little slower than some companies but well worth the wait as the savings were considerable. Delivery itself was excellent and good care was taken of the product.”

“Was told 7 to 14 days for delivery of our oven we ordered ,after not hearing anything after 2 weeks called was told we would get a call back ,after two days no call back call them and they told us it could be another 3 weeks ,so cancelled orde r and got smewhere else.”
