“Customer service very friendly and professional. Quality of product and crystal very good. But...the only complaint that I personally have is related to the package. It is a common low cost box with cheap and not good looking cartoon. Package for an expensive gift is very important as it has the first impact to the person who is receiving and opening the present. In my opinion decanter has to be inserted in a well fitted sponge box (or suitcase) with proper wrappings not to be ruined during the pull out. Of course this means higher cost on the product and gift itself, but I think for a real present it worths it. Again I have to emphasize that I am satisfied with overall quality of product, but the package has to be improved.”
