“Don’t buy from this site! Ordered a cake topper Roblox Doors icing Costco size and it did not arrive. Tried to contact sending emails never received a reply! Tried the website contact us link, the same, no one replied. There is no link to track you order, it just says “shipped”.
It’s the first time this happens to me , and I am very upset specially because of a date so special for my son.

“She is not very professional at all. I ordered two sets of icings and the mouse pad but they didn’t come before my son’s birthday. I contacted her and she just told me to contact the post office. No offer to send another set or give a refund but just left me to try and sort it out myself with no tracking number or anything. After my experience I checked her reviews and found out a lot of people were in the same boat as me, waiting for months for items that you never receive and no refund offered or even an answer after emailing. If I had known it was going to be pot luck whether the items come or not I would never have ordered them from her. It was a nightmare to find an alternative cake idea just before my son’s birthday. She shouldn’t be in business at all.”
