“Enquired about a van at the last minute and the team were able to supply one for the following morning. Everything was arranged over the phone, making collection quick and easy, the van was very clean, and the hire rate was fair. Great service overall — would definitely recommend.”
“Hired a van for 2 days (24th/25th April). Great service and the van was spotless and drove excellent. I lost a personal item somewhere under the seats and could not find it. Explained on my return and within an hour had a telephone call saying they had retrieved the item and was safely in their offices. 10 out of 10 for this company and also felt the cost was very reasonable. “Having paid in advance for the hire of a van over the Easter holiday (2026), I unfortunately mislaid the bank card which I had used to pay for the transaction, not that this should have mattered as the firm had already received its fee. On arrival to collect the van, the company refused to release the vehicle as they claimed they needed to inspect the bank card, physically, for insurance purposes. In addition, despite my driving license card having also been mislaid and having been previously issued on booking for its information for DLVA checking, they refused to accept my driving license image on my iphone. The company then had the audacity to refuse to refund the £160 they had already pocketed claiming they had done nothing wrong! I am so disappointed with such poor customer service: it has caused me a great deal of personal inconvenience. My recommendation is to please avoid this firm like the plague!”

“Polite reception worker, van old and tatty but adequate. I hired at 12:30pm for 1 day to clear my late fathers house. A days hire means 24 hrs,not this firm. Because was not back at 8am the following day, I was charged an EXTRA half day. We had the van until 10:30am next day but had to pay an extra £60 of which a small fee (£12 or so) was for additional mileage. van returned with more derv than went out with as well. They had assumed it would be returned when they opened next morning and had booked it out to another customer already, before our 1 day was up. letting someone down was their problem ,not mine. I paid up regardless, as I could not be done with arguing the toss over what was otherwise a good service. I thought that was the end of the matter then the owner phoned me to try and give me a piece of his mind to justify himself and to avoid negative feedback. He was argumentative , had poor attitude and feeble reasons. Will never recommend this firm to anyone.
