“Richtig schlecht! Bestellt habe ich eine 42, reputierte Marke, die die europäischen Grössen im Griff haben sollte! Gekommen ist ein Schuh, der mit 42 angeschrieben ist aber ca. nur eine 40 ist! Komme nicht rein, keine Chance. Und ausser hier und jetzt keine Möglichkeit gehabt, dies zu melden. Gerne höre ich wieder von Ihnen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Alex Beugger”

“I have mixed feelings about this experience. On the positive side, the nail technician is clearly talented and experienced. The final result looked beautiful when I left the salon, and I was initially very happy with the aesthetic quality of my manicure and pedicure. She does excellent work when it comes to nail shaping, colour application, and overall finish. Unfortunately, the customer experience was disappointing. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM, but the process only really started much later. An assistant began removing my old polish around 1:20 PM, and the main technician did not arrive until approximately 1:40 PM. During the removal process, a special liquid was used on my hands while I was seated in the pedicure chair without a proper table. A few drops of the liquid fell onto my leg, causing a strong burning sensation and leaving me quite uncomfortable. Before the treatment began, I showed my voucher and clearly stated that I only wanted the services included in the deal: manicure, pedicure, and Shellac. The technician asked whether I preferred the type of nails she was wearing, and I specifically replied that I wanted Shellac. Throughout the treatment, the process appeared consistent with a normal Shellac application, including colour application and curing under the lamp. I also informed the staff that I had other appointments later in the day and asked how much longer the treatment would take. I was told approximately 30 additional minutes because of the removal of my previous polish. However, the appointment eventually lasted until 4:00 PM. Spending nearly three hours in a small room without air conditioning was extremely uncomfortable and far longer than any manicure/pedicure appointment I have previously experienced. Regarding the pricing, the DeinDeal offer mentioned an additional CHF 19 fee for polish removal. I understood this and was prepared to pay it. However, it was not clearly stated that the fee applied separately to both hands and feet. At checkout, I accepted paying the removal charges, but I was then informed that I also had to pay an additional CHF 35 because gel had been used instead of Shellac. This came as a surprise, as I had never agreed to any upgrade or additional service, nor was any extra charge clearly explained to me beforehand. Had I accepted all the proposed charges, the total cost would have reached CHF 89 + CHF 19 + CHF 19 + CHF 35, which I find excessive for this type of service. After discussion, I eventually paid only the removal fees. Finally, although the nails looked very nice immediately after the appointment, part of the sugar-effect decoration on one of the nails has already come off, which is disappointing considering the time spent and the price that was requested. In summary, the technician is talented and experienced, and the aesthetic result was initially very good. However, the delays, lack of communication regarding timing and pricing, the uncomfortable environment, and the unexpected request for additional payment made the overall experience frustrating. Unfortunately, the fact that part of the nail decoration has already come off means that I cannot say I am fully satisfied with the overall experience.”

“Unglaublich netter und freundlicher Gastgeber! Schönes Lokal. Das Essen war geschmacklich sehr gut. Gewisse Menues wurden jedoch stark auf Indische oder Srilankische Art vermischt, was vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache ist. Wie schon geschrieben, geschmacklich sehr gut, aber halt nicht so authentisch Thai. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!”
