“I ordered the product thinking it would be arriving by 13 December and definitely in time for Christmas. Unfortunatley, this wasn't the case and the purchase arrived only today. There was no attempt by DeinDeal to contact me to apologise for the delay. I had to make the first contact and follow up when it had not arrived by 13 December. A bit disappointed.”

“The sunglasses were supposedly delivered but in fact the box was empty, i.e no glasses inside. It's evidently a case of Fraud by the seller. I reached out to DeinDeal Customer Service but received no response! So, it will be reported to the Police instead.”

“It was not delivered on time....It was delivered 5 minutes from our adress..it was not delivered to our adress......luckily someone call us and we took the furniture.....but we didn't expect this from deindeal.we were thinking to order more....but now we are looking for other options.”
