“Terrible. I ordered on the 24th June. Was stated shipping 28th June to 1st July. I was not provided any further update. Shipping only happened on the 4th, and got the delivery on the 7th - 13 days later, almost missing my daughter's birthday for whom these were presenst! This is simply unacceptable. I have been a loyal Deindeal customer for years, but quite frankly my appetite for ordering again given the terrible experience is just not there.”

“I have mixed feelings regarding shopping with DeinDeal. On multiple occasions I have to wait well beyond the latest shown delivery day for a product (even now I am waiting for over a week after the last shown delivery day) and mostly without any notification about the delay. And then sometimes the deals are absolutely fantastic and delivery arrives on time.”
