“The shoe didnt fit, although my size is 36,5 and I bought 37. The return was not included . If I have read it before I wouldnt buy it at all . ( the shoe return excluded is most absurd thing ) But customer service was nice and help me with return . And hope they accept it as I opened the box and closed it and sent it back in 24 hours time. What I will complain is , I had free shipping and system charged me shipping cost 5.90 franks . And then return I paid postal about 9franks . So it is not a good deal at all I have to say . Thank you .”

“Die Bestellung und Abwicklung bei deindeal ist sehr gut. Die Grössenangaben der verschiedenen Brands sind derart unterschiedlich, dass ich in Zukunft wohl keine Kleidung mehr bestellen werde.”

“Die Abwicklung zeigte sich als sehr kompliziert. Lieferzeiten wurde nicht eingehalten. Es kam zu einer Verzögerung von 5 Tagen. Keine Entschuldigung nichts. Es hies ledeglich es sei etwas falsch gelaufen! Kann ich so nicht weiter empfehlen. Der Grill ist jedoch der Wahnsinn, sehr gute Qualität und einfache Handhabung.”
