“Haben den Kärcher voller freude erhalten. Die Freude war von kurzer Dauer. Ich wollte ihn umgehend in Betrieb nehmen aber konnte ihn nicht an der Steckdose anschliessen, da es nich Schweizer-Norm war. Ging retour. Hoffe wie beschrieben auf die Portorückvergütung von Fr. 30.50 (Sperrgut)”

“J’ai commandé un antivol de voiture et ce dernier avait manifestement été ouvert. Le carton était dans un très mauvais état. Le carton avait également été ouvert. Ce dernier avait plusieurs morceaux de scotch dessus afin d’ être réparé.”

“The product is really good but the shipping was the worst experience I had, I recommend you to not use DPD anymore. The guy was in front of the building, called me, I told him it the door was open to leave the pack in the building, he told me no and left with the pack. So I changed the delivery to a « point relais », so it had to be delivered the next day, then I received an email telling me he couldn’t deliver it so it was left in another « point relais » so I had to called them to know where the package was to go there and pick it up by myself with my car. At this point it would have been easier to pick it up at yours.”

“Meine Ware kam mit mehreren Gebrauchsspuren und einen gebrochenen Teil des Waschsaugers an. Die Telefonhotline interessierte sich wenig und meinte ich soll doch eine E-Mail mit den Fotos senden, sie schauen dann. Kein Bedauern nichts. Seit 2 Tagen warte ich auf eine Rückmeldung.”
