“Ist eine absolute Frechheit, früher konnten Kleidungsstücke problemlos umgetauscht oder zurückgeschickt werden, auf einmal geht dies nicht mehr, wieso sollte ich eine Jacke für 450 Fr. bestellen ohne Möglichkeit diese zurückzugeben....Ich habe nun eine unpassenede Jacke welche ich nicht brauchen kann, war mein letzter Kauf bei Dein Deal.... Beim Beschrieb stand die Jacke sei klein geschnitten man solle eine Grösse mehr bestellen.... Jetzt habe ich ein M welche riesig ist, danke 450 Fr. zum Fenster rausgeschmissen, Kundendienst auch unterste Schublade, nie mehr Dein Deal nach vielen Käufen zuvor.....”

“Eperience with the shop itself is totally normal. Reliable, quick in delivery, notifications on the status. Nothing wrong here. Unfortunately, the product came as it came, worst packaging ever. Hard to say who to blame here. Yet, DeinDeal sells this product and they are responsible for that too.”
