“I was disappointed because it wasn’t until after I’d placed the order that you informed me of the delayed delivery time due to high demand. I can get the same product delivered next day from Interdiscount for 2chf more…I think you should have informed me of this before I placed the order as had I known I would not have placed the order with you.”

“Das Hotel hat eine fantastische Aussicht auf Lugano und Luganersee. Das Zimmer war sehr gut eingerichtet und hat einen sehr grossen Balkon mit super Aussicht. Auch ein Tisch und zwei Stühle und zwei Liegestühle hatte es auch. Der Spa Bereich mit grossen Swimmingpool innen und aussen zum Sprudeln und die Aussicht war wirklich sehr schön. Es hat eine Bio und eine normale Sauna. Auch ein grosses Dampfbad hat es auch. Die Hotelmannschaft sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen wir kommen wieder.”

“Wir hatten Buffet à discrétion, sehr reichhaltig und viele verschiedene typisch indische Gerichte fantastisch zubereitet und speziell noch zusätzlich Knoblauch Nan, ausgezeichnet. Auch das Gemüse und der Spinat sehr gut. Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Ich bin Indien Kenner und habe es sehr genossen mit meiner Familie. Es ist nicht so scharf wie in Indien, aber gerade richtig und speziell für die Kinder ideal.”
