“Je suis extrêmement mécontent de cette expérience d'achat. L'offre commerciale à laquelle j'ai souscrit incluait explicitement, en plus de l'abonnement Google Gemini, un package Microsoft (Office/365). Or, je n'ai reçu que l'abonnement Google Gemini, sans aucune trace de la prestation Microsoft pourtant annoncée dans l'offre finale. J'avais spécifiquement profité de cette offre groupée car mon abonnement Microsoft arrivait à échéance — c'était l'occasion idéale de le renouveler dans ce package. Je suis certain à 100% que cette prestation figurait bien dans l'offre au moment de l'achat. Depuis maintenant deux à trois semaines, j'ai contacté le service client à plusieurs reprises, sans obtenir la moindre réponse. Aucun suivi, aucune trace, aucun moyen de retrouver ou de faire valoir l'offre initiale telle qu'elle a été publiée. Lorsque j'ai enfin pu échanger avec le fournisseur, celui-ci m'a simplement indiqué que le Microsoft n'était pas inclus — en contradiction totale avec ce qui m'avait été présenté au moment de l'achat. Un service après-vente injoignable, une absence totale de transparence, et un non-respect manifeste de l'offre commerciale initiale. Je déconseille fortement cet achat tant que ce type de dysfonctionnement persiste.”

“Adobe Acrobat Pro 2025 — lebenslange Lizenz hat gar nicht funktioniert. Ich hab bezahlt und hab ich kein Leistung bekommen. Ich finde das ist ich weiss nicht was soll ich sagen aber es ist nicht gut und hat nicht funktioniert. Bis jetzt und ich warte immer noch auf ein Antwort von deinem Deal. Ich bin nicht empfehlen”

“L'article vendu fais partie d'une offre promotionnelle de Jio, entreprise Indienne de télécommunication. L'offre n'est pas sensée être vendue. Elle ne comporte pas tous les options Gemini comme en Europe, notamment Google Home. Le support Deindeal fait la sourde oreille, 2 fois contacté à ce sujet et aucune réponse de leur part.”
