“Esperienza pessima, ho fatto 2 acquisti da voi il primo mi è stata recapitata merce sbagliata e quello che avevo ordinato non mi è mai stato fornito il rimborso è arrivato solo mesi dopo. Il secondo ordine ho ricevuto la merce danneggiata, vi ho inviato la scorsa settimana le fotografie come va vostra richiesta e-mail ma ad oggi non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. Spero sia un caso il mio, posso solo non raccomandare il vostro servizio in quanto pessimo. Distinti saluti Raoul Colomberotto Mendrisio”

“Le produit d’habillage n’est pas remboursable. C’est en effet indiqué et tant pis pour l’acheteur si l’information n’a pas été vue, le service client a toujours raison. Quoi de plus logique que d’interdire les retours pour les habits. A distance c’est tellement plus facile de tester la taille, la couleur, la coupe ou la matière. Imagine dans un magasin, tu touches l’habit et tu DOIS l’acheter. Perte de crédibilité de la vente en ligne. Aucun intérêt de passer par DeinDeal si les habits ne peuvent pas être renvoyés. Mais c’est le règlement, alors c’est bon pour DeinDeal.”
