“My last experience with your service was very disappointing. The communication was poor, and the delivery delay was unacceptable. My order stayed “in progress” for more than 9 days. I clearly said that if my package would only be shipped after 3 days, I wouldn’t need it anymore .. but it was still sent to me anyway. Also, the service is not the same as before. Many of my colleagues and friends have already stopped ordering from Deindeal because the customer service has become much worse. Another issue is that you can’t exchange shoe sizes easily. Customers are forced to place a new order and pay shipping costs again, which is very frustrating. Unfortunately, I don’t think I would recommend your service to anyone else, just like my friends no longer do.”

“Das Essen war vorzüglich. Alle 4 Gänge mit Liebe zubereitet und serviert. Das Fleisch auf dem heissen Stein war eine Ueberraschung. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.”
