“Bonjour, -5 min. après ma commande par erreur j’ai tél. pour annuler, une réponse après 3 jours mais marchandise reçue ! - 2 ème comm. en ligne article livrable, après 3 jours je reçois 1 message. logistique …. ? pas clair= (rupture de stock ?)pas de livraison . -3 ème comm. je reçois la marchandise mais surprise un carton de 18x10x25 ci pour un paquet de 11x2,5x8 cm (écologique frais de port !) et sans aucune protection à l’intérieur (bulle pack) contrairement au 1 er envoie ok! Salutations”

“Sehr schlecht. Lieferfrist wurde extrem überzogen. Ich war soweit, dass ich gesagt habe Geld zurück kein Interesse mehr und hole mir ein anderes, und dies war etwa mein drittes Anschreiben. 1 Tag danach wars da. ABER auf Anfragen gibt es keine oder verspätete Antworten. Produkt ist i.o aber die Marke Kalune sieht sehr elegant auf Bildern aus, in echt ist es normal, Ikea Stil.”
