Hence on the same day, I requested them to cancel my service and refund me. They immediately cancelled the service. But never refunded my money that I paid. Their moneyback guarantee is 7 days. Its more than a week since I cancelled. They are not properly replying the support ticket too. Now I searched about them and found lot of similar cases in which they snatched customer money.
I think they are a fraud company which never refunded clients upon cancellation.
