“Although we have only had our sofa for a few days I am really pleased with it. It did take the full 12+ weeks to arrive, which they said it would, and notice of delivery was very short but so far the quality looks good, the recliners work beautifully and the delivery men were excellent (although they don't take the rubbish away they do unpack).”

“I wanted to share my experience as i feel this company has had some unfair reviews. My experience has been extremely positive and the staff were aleays very helpful. I ordered a lazydays corner sofa and its simply fabulous, arrived in 10 weeks just before xmas and the delivery guys wefe great.”

“Very friendly customer service and pleased with my order of vinelli leather corner sofa which is beautiful for our open plan kitchen. Only the down side is timing which you have to be very patient while your Order is in production they do say 3 months and it took 3 three months but worth it every day waiting. Should have ordered when our building work started.”

“Amazing customer service! Staff went above and beyond to help when I realised I had ordered the wrong iteams. I was kept informed through out the process and the delivery/assembly was also very professional. Would highly recommend to anyone.”

“We are satisfied with the purchase of our Mac leather sofa. We were not sure about buying such an item on line but Colin convinced us that Delux Deco is a reputable company. Everything went as promised, price, delivery, quality and service. The delivery men unpacked it and set it up where we wanted it. “Excellent service and product. We ordered the sample leather initially before ordering the set of cinema seats. we were kept informed of the delivery date all through the process. They delivered on time. Delivery guys were great, installing the unit exactly where we wanted it. Very happy with the quality, and very happy to recommend.”

“#Happy Customer The whole process of purchasing Sofa till the delivery and activating warranty has been transparent and as per the communications. Perfect Order - While shopping around for new Sofa we found Delux Deco on Search Engine. After calling Delux Deco Customer Care and visiting the Shop, we decided to go ahead to purchase the Sofa with them. The Shop Owner and Customer Agent were very helpful and helped clarifying all our queries and helped to explain the whole delivery process. Perfect Tracking/Communication - throughout the process, the communication received over email and message was quite clear and kept us up to date. The delivery was exactly as per the expectation which was made clear during the ordering process of about 14 weeks. Delivery – although there were issues with delivery of Sofa and had to be redelivered, the shop owners were helpful as much they could be and assisted in re-arranging the delivery. However we felt that for living rooms which are in first floor, along with the width of the stairs banister, door etc. height of the stair and corners should be also checked. We were lucky to have a balcony and could arrange forklift for delivery due to building work nearby. Otherwise the delivery and whole experience could have been worst. Quality – We have not seen any quality issue so far with our recliner and everyone has been very impressed with it.”

“Recieved my fabulous swivel chairs yesterday and very nice indeed. Good service and well on time apart from the delivery company seem to be under strain having been rescheduled. All in all would recommend and very good valkue modern chairs.”

“Good quality leather sofa, comfortable and firm to sit on and lie down for short rest during the day. Adjustable headrest is a bit softer. The chaise is long enough to stretch the legs when watching television. Good customer service and delivery although I had to wait for 2 months. I do recommend this sofa.”
