“I'm very impressed with Delux Deco. From the initial phone call to order the sofa right through to delivery I have been kept up to date with emails and texts to inform me on what stage of the process my sofa was at. Delivery was swift, easy and quick. And the sofa is fab. It took 13 weeks from starts to finish which I was aware of. I would highly recommend.”

“I ordered a Camargue large modular sofa August and recieved it just before Xmas and i have to say its simply lovely and the most comfy and cosy sofa i've ever had. I was kept up to date about the progress of the order and the delivery guys were perfect setting it all up for me. All in all very pleased and a great sofa at a really super price.”

“We ordered the Camargue sofa. We had searched for a U shaped sofa and someone recommended Delux deco. Colin was really helpful when we went in the showroom. We are so pleased with our purchase. It is good quality and so comfortable. It looks great in our home. We would definitely recommend Delux Deco as you design the sofa the way you want it Thank you”

“Having been looking around for a new corner sofa for months, I come across Delux Deco in August. We met Colin at their Windsor showroom and were impressed by the selection of sofas, both in terms of variety of models and quality. Colin helped us in our final selection process, by offering his advice based years of experience. We have now had our corner sofa delivered, and could not be happier! The delivery company was great. The communication was brilliant, and very accommodating regarding finding a delivery time that works for me. The two young men who delivered our sofa were courteous, friendly and very efficient. I am extremely happy with our sofa; it is very comfortable, easy to maintain and big enough for our family of five to all snuggle on together! I can highly recommend Delux Deco.”

“We are very happy because the Monza sofa we purchased is simply lovely and excellent quality and value for money. We bought it on that basis of course because we went to the showroom see the items. Now that we actually have the sofa, finally we couldn't be more pleased. It would be a challenge see quality like this for half the price. The delivery guys were also polite and efficient and set everything up.”

“We ordered two sofas - one corner chaise and one custom made 3 seater to match from Delux Deco. The staff (owners I think) were helpful sourcing fabric samples and I was pleased there was no hard sell or pushy sales talk. We sat around on the sofas on several visits before making our minds up. Staff helpful, but left us to browse when we needed to. We put in our order, information was provided about time scales, delivery etc. We were updated regularly. My emails were responded to quickly and in a friendly personal way. Both sofas were delivered on Monday by two very helpful gentlemen from the Delux Deco delivery company. They unpackaged the sofas outside, so no mess in the house, and after bringing in the sections and cushions - all carefully carried one by one into the house, they very helpfully positioned the sofas to the closest inch to align with a piece of artwork that I have on the wall and other pieces of surrounding furniture. The sofas look really lovely - very impressive and a distinctively a high end look, what is more, we are absolutely delighted with the comfort aspect, to the extent that as we are lounged on them, we find ourselves debating whether they are the most comfortable sofas we have ever had - we keep concluding that they are! We saved an absolute fortune buying these from Delux Deco and can't believe the quality. Our other sofas (in another room) cost over £6,000 and the new ones look just as good but cost us around £2,300 ish. Although at times the lead time felt a bit long, it was worth the wait, and probably no longer than other companies. At least our puppy is older now and, dare I say, super well behaved so far - no puppy paw prints yet! We would recommend and buy again.”

“The Scottish lad who helped me was terrific he had a lot of patience as I am a bit fussy , my only complaint was that it arrived late but was worth the wait I am delighted with it thank you xxx”

“Simply a dood deal ! Good quality sofa bought that i couldn't find elsewhere for the same money. Service is basic but they are a discounter ! What do you expect ? I am simply happy to save money at the end of the day.”

“We recently purchased the Allegro Modular Sofa and coffee table from Delux Deco and are delighted with the product and service/support from this company. The product was excellent value for money and was delivered exactly as described/depicted on the website. Although there were minor delays in shipping the product from the manufacturing site (entirely out of Delux Deco's hands) the company kept us informed throughout the process and the product was immediately shipped to us once in the UK, undamaged and by a very helpful courier that unpacked and installed the furniture and took away all of the packaging. When we phoned for some after sales advice our call was very promptly handled to our entire satisfaction. We would have no hesitation in placing an order with Delux Deco in the future.”

“I ordered a Mineli corner sofa, around the Christmas period, we were initially hesitant of the 9-15 week waiting period, but after speaking to the customer service department we felt confident and by this point we had fallen in love with the product and couldn't find anything of a similar price anywhere else so continued with the order. We received the scheduled updates via email, although we would have liked slightly more we understood that was the information that they had at the time. The product arrived this week and we couldn't be happier with it, its exactly as we ordered, fits perfectly within the room and is incredibly comfy to lounge on. Although it was a long lead time, it was well worth the wait and I'll happily be using this company for future purchases.”
