I ordered a Mineli corner sofa, around the Christmas period, we were initially hesitant of the 9-15 week waiting period, but after speaking to the customer service department we felt confident and by this point we had fallen in love with the product and couldn't find anything of a similar price anywhere else so continued with the order. We received the scheduled updates via email, although we would have liked slightly more we understood that was the information that they had at the time. The product arrived this week and we couldn't be happier with it, its exactly as we ordered, fits perfectly within the room and is incredibly comfy to lounge on. Although it was a long lead time, it was well worth the wait and I'll happily be using this company for future purchases.
