“I bought my cinema chairs blind with out viewing at the Windsor show room. Took massive risk. But on arrival so impressed with quality and how it completed my cinema room .the white glove service was excellent the 2 lads delivered and installed my chairs .we're proper gentleman very professional great service all round highly recommend”

“From using the website, to ordering fabric samples, to making inquiries to the Delux Deco team about pairing a sofa with a chair, design ideas and fabric wearing technicalities - the team were an absolute pleasure to speak with and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I loved the updates you received via text on the progress of your new sofa, it took all the stress out of the waiting game. The sofas arrived exactly when we had agreed at point of purchase, were exactly what I was expecting and we LOVE our new sofa! Plus the delivery team were a total delight! All in all, I really do rate Delux Deco and would recommend them to anyone. Great product, great service, great people - wish more companies were like this!”

“The settee took slightly longer to arrive but you cannot rush quality. The double recliner sofa is just such a beautifully crafted item it was well worth the wait. I took great trouble in choosing which company to deal with, and over which model of recliner of the many equivalent versions available on the market today. I chose wisely. I am delighted and the sofa exceeds my expectations which were quite exacting to begin with. It fits me like a bespoke suit of clothes and the finish is exemplary. Access to my 1st floor flat is tight but with permission to unwrap and remove the backs delivery was successfully made without any damage. The delivery guys were great too. I am the proud owner of a wonderfully comfortable and well made piece of furniture. I recommend this to any potential. buyer. You will not be disappointed. Well done DD.”

“I'm not sure what all the bad hype/reviews are about. Yes it took a little longer to arrive, it was a slightly different colour shade too, but it's a lovely sofa, we love everything about it.”

“Delivery time is not a strong point for this firm : give yourself a window of 6 months from order to delivery. Quality is good”

Hi Antonella Thanks for your review. Sorry we have to re-order one section which was missing from the original order. This is an extremely rare occurrence and we are working hard to prevent this ever happening again. Your Aresso Sofa looks Fab BTW. Nice picture skills ! Best Regards Delux Deco.

“Visited the showroom in Windsor to purchase Cinema Chairs. Process was very easy and was kept informed by email of every step of the orders progress. The items arrived before we were expecting which was a great bonus. The delivery team kept us informed by email as to estimated time etc, and everything went very very smoothly. Really pleased with our Chairs, they were a great price and worth the wait, for a room that has been in the making for four years. If I was ever looking to purchase any more items would definetly check our Delux Deco. Thankyou everyone for a service that is second to none.”

“We found this company to be polite, and delivery of our Horizon Cinema Seats were on time, and the quality is excellent. Text messages from the delivery company were efficient and always on time. Graham at the showroom was polite, everything arrived as stated and to be honest, much better service than the big Furniture Retailers.”

“I was searching for cinema seating when I came across delux deco on the internet. Most companies were advertising cinema seats for around £1200-£1500 per seat. delux deco's prices were almost half that price, which sounded too good to be true. Clearly this was a large purchase and I wanted to see the quality of the product and be sure that the company existed. To my relief and piece of mind, I discovered that they had a showroom in Slough and so I visited them in early 2016. Graham, the manager, helped me decide on the seating layout, allowing for the extra space required when the seats are fully electrically extended. I finally placed the order in early November 2016 and was told that the seats would take 9-15 weeks to arrive. It actually took 16 weeks but I wasn't disappointed or frustrated. I knew that Delux Deco was a small company with a quality product. But in order to sell at a low price, their delivery time was dependant on other orders. Once the seating is in production in Italy, it takes 3-4 weeks to make. Clearly, in order to keep costs down, Delux Deco's Italian manaufacturers only ship when they have several orders ready. If, in your mind, you can prepare yourself for this, you will receive a quality product at the right price. The other problem I found with this company is that you can't contact them direct by phone. Instead you have to speak to a call centre. The best form of communication is by email which can be a little frustrating. The delivery company were very good. they phoned and arranged a time for delivery. They even assembled the seating and checked to make sure they were in working order. They had to make a 2nd delivery a few days later as one seat was missing. There are a few minor problems with the seating. Graham phoned me on the day of delivery and said that he would get 'homeserve' to fix these. Overall very happy with the seating.”

“Sofas are superb. After reading a lot of the reviews about length of time for them to be delivered i was a little concerned however Delux Deco was recommended by a friend so that put us at ease. Went to the showroom twice, once to look once to order and neither time were we bothered by a pushy salesman, just asked if we needed any help and when we said just looking we were left alone. When we asked a question everything was answered in full. When we ordered the length of delivery was explained to us, we got constant updates through text and email and in the end we got our sofas a bit quicker than was advised. Cant fault the process at all. The one slight compliant i have is the sofas are delivered in carboard boxes, and the dlievery guys dont take them away. I think its because of possible problems they need to be packed up again but these boxes are way to big to be stored anywhere except an empty garage. Also my wife took delivery as on maternity. I get home to find the boxes outside in the pouring rain, so useless for boxing up again. Small complaint but worth mentioning if you dont have much space”

“I'm very impressed with Delux Deco. From the initial phone call to order the sofa right through to delivery I have been kept up to date with emails and texts to inform me on what stage of the process my sofa was at. Delivery was swift, easy and quick. And the sofa is fab. It took 13 weeks from starts to finish which I was aware of. I would highly recommend.”

“The two sofas arrived safely and as per the progress emails I received. They are very stylish and exactly like the photograph however the colour is cream rather than off white or ivory which surprised me. I was warned the seats would be firm to start with but they would soften in time. It was a little like sitting in a railway carriage in the beginning but I am getting used to it. For anyone who has difficulty getting up from a chair these are ideal. I love the fact I can get up with no struggle. It was an unexpected bonus. Thank you”

“I ordered a Camargue large modular sofa August and recieved it just before Xmas and i have to say its simply lovely and the most comfy and cosy sofa i've ever had. I was kept up to date about the progress of the order and the delivery guys were perfect setting it all up for me. All in all very pleased and a great sofa at a really super price.”
