“First the good side of things - we bought 8 reclining leather cinema chairs and they are hands down the most comfortable we ever came across. They also look fantastic and the price was very competitive. So overall we are very happy. There was a production hiccup - which resulted in a split delivery (delay on 6 chairs around 2-3 weeks so NOT a big deal) and the messaging around the delay/reasons was at times confusing (ironically since DD has made such an effort to keep you in touch with all stages of the order/delivery, when something went wrong, we ended up with 2x messages that were at times conflicting). Anyway, every call to DD was answered promptly and professionally and the team they used to deliver and install did a first class job. Overall I would strongly recommend the product and the business, and feel this is a high quality, honest firm that cares about its customers.”

“The two sofas arrived safely and as per the progress emails I received. They are very stylish and exactly like the photograph however the colour is cream rather than off white or ivory which surprised me. I was warned the seats would be firm to start with but they would soften in time. It was a little like sitting in a railway carriage in the beginning but I am getting used to it. For anyone who has difficulty getting up from a chair these are ideal. I love the fact I can get up with no struggle. It was an unexpected bonus. Thank you”

“I bought the ikon white/walnut floating entertainment unit which arrived a week ago and i am over the moon great looking unit just what i was after,only down side is it takes 15 weeks to arrive but worth the wait”

“Great quality sofa for a much better price. Having shopped around a lot, you cant beat the value. Painful to wait so long but a good deal ! No frills delivery , but overall vgood.”

“i am happy with my Renzo corner sofa which is a nice design and size for my apartment. No real complaints but took 14 weeks which seemed like ages. All in all better than anybwhere else i could find.”

“Our sofa has just arrived. We love the colour and styling and were very happy with the customer service throughout. You kept us well informed and whilst delivery took a long time, it was exactly as advised at the time of purchase. Only complaint is that it is a modular sofa, quite light weight and on a wooden floor - so each time somebody sits down, the pieces all slide away from each other; we are going to need to find a way of hooking the pieces together.! We were also rather disappointed to be left with vast quantities of packaging.”
