“I ordered the Tepe Int Brushes in the sizes I wanted and a case to keep them in, which was a Bonus as I didn't know there was one. Easy to order, arrived in good time, I wasn't expecting to 'Fly' here. I prefer to shop in person but would purchase from Dentaldirect again if unavailable in shops.”

“I buy orthodontic mouth wash on a regular basis. There has been no issues with deliveries and quality except the most recent order. Out of 4 bottles of mouthwash 2 came with a broken top rincing cup (not the lid of the bottle, luckily) and the individual packaging of the bottles looked quite dirty/dusty. If you were selling these in a shop, these goods would have normally been discounted. I give 4 stars because my other orders (2 or 3) were fine.”

“I am vey pleased with the service and products I get from you but just one small complaint is with the length of the tube on the Gengigel spray. Could it possibly be made longer so as to reach the bottom of the bottle and then not waste any liquid. Thank you”
