“As mentioned before the offer of free P&P for orders over a certain amount should be set out more prominently on your pages. I recently made a purchase for slightly less than the minimun order for free P&P. Had I seen the offer I would have made up my order to meet that requiremeny.”

“Did not receive a confirmation email or ETA. I rang customer service after a week and they answered promptly. They sent an email with order details and said it was on it's way. Sure enough the goods arrived later that day.”

“Happy with the product at a better price than Amazon however not impressed with the packing! The products can surrounded in plastic peanuts which are terrible for the environment! They can't be recycled. There are suitable alternatives, such as corrugated paper, recyclable air pouches etc. All companies should be responsible to pack in sustainable packaging where possible. Could you Dental Direct please improve this?”
