The mouth wash despatched was not the one on the website. The one sent was available cheaper elsewhere and I received no reply to my email querying the delivery. Will shop elsewhere in future

the longest delivery time on planet earth, I can get the same items from amazon in 1 -2 days.

I found these interdental brushes to be very poor quality. they bent and twister out of shape so easily that I struggled to get a single use out of them. There was no point in attempting to get a second use out of them as not only did they twist and buckle, but the bristle fell out (often getting wedged between my teeth. I feel that these brushes are a total waste of money and would not recommend them to anybody.

Disappointed. I waited 2 weeks and had not received my order. Then I sent the email and inquired my order, but no email respond. Just knew my order was failed yesterday until I checked my credit card statement which was shown refund.

My order has not been delivered yet! I wrote to Dental Direct a couple of weeks ago to inform them and they said the order was probably lost in the post and that they would resend the order, but nothing has been delivered yet and Dental Direct have not bothered to check whether or not their second order has been delivered. We use online services all the time but have never experienced a lost order yet! This is the first time I have used Dental Direct and am not impressed!

There was a fraud on my credit card directly after I used the Dentaldirect site and the items were slow to arrive. All in all I would not use Dentaldirect again as I do not want another credit card to be compromised. I can easily get hold of the items I bought elsewhere more securely.

I placed an order on 30/06/2021 and I am still waiting for the items.I had to contact Dental Direct on several occasions by both email and telephone to chase the order up. I was told that royal mail 2nd class can take up to 10 days, although the site states 3-5 working days.

Whilst the goods arrived promptly I have concerns that they are what they are supposed to be. These Tepe interdental brushes are a slightly different colour than those I have purchased in High Street Chemists and the quality is not the same so whilst you save money they do not last so false economy.

I was told my order had been despatched on 5th May. A week later I was told one of the items ordered was not available and would be refunded. How that is possible when it has been despatched I do not know but I have not yet had Amy of my order delivered!

Absolute shambles. Ignore the customer's choice of delivery method and then abuse the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations by requesting an opinion. Person at the call / help centre was told the same thing 5 times, and was still incapable of understanding

I entered “Gingival” into the website but, because it was out of stock at the time (I was subsequently told this in a telephone conversation) I was directed to “Gingigel”, there being no trace of “Gingival” and no statement that it was out of stock and that it was not possible to order it. As a result, I ordered “Gingigel” which turns out to be an entirely different product and serves a different purpose. After a phone call to the office I was instructed to return the product and that “Gingival” now being in stock I could place an order. This is most unsatisfactory and not designed with the customer in mind. I had to bear the costs of both delivery and return, which I consider, in the light of the above, to be not at all good. In addition, more than a week has transpired between each of the stages in this unnecessarily protracted sales cycle - I placed my first order well over a month ago and have only today taken delivery of the product “Gingival”. I consider this saga to be unsatisfactory. It is debatable as to whether I order again from Dentaldirect.
