“Still waiting for my order which was made on the 11 April according to my credit card statement. No order confirmation email either, if the goods I ordered don’t arrive soon then I’ll be asking my credit card company for my money back. Very poor ordering process all round really.”

“The delivery box was so tight and compact the contents became cross-contaminated from the outside in. Now I have about a years' worth of toothbrushes that carefully have to be torn out of their wrappers before use.”

“Placed the order. Didn’t receive an email order confirmation straight back. Received one just over a week later. As didn’t receive an order confirmation, I bought myself what I needed. Returned your stuff for a full refund.”

“never again. Paid extra for first class p&p and it still took over 3 weeks. Wasn't even despatched for over a fortnight. Sorry but don't k eep blaming the pandemic/brexit, uncle tom cobley and all for incompetence. I did a click & collect from Boots and available next day, free.”

“Ordered two packs of Tepe angle interdental brushes 25s. When they arrived BOTH packs were torn open with items missing. This meant that in these covid days the brushes had become unhygienic and no use to me! Waiting for Dentaldirect to answer my email of complaint.”
