“Order was placed but Item was not in stock. However no response was ever received informing that the item was not in stock and the order would be delayed. When the product was dispatched, it was the wrong product. Had to contact Dental Direct for them to send the correct product out. Was informed a returns label would be sent to return the incorrect item but none has ever been sent”
