“Whilst the goods arrived promptly I have concerns that they are what they are supposed to be. These Tepe interdental brushes are a slightly different colour than those I have purchased in High Street Chemists and the quality is not the same so whilst you save money they do not last so false economy.”

I have taken a look and seen that you have purchased the TePe Extra Soft Interdental Brushes which are more pastel coloured and differ from the original TePe interdental brushes. The difference in quality is possibly due to them having extra soft filaments for a more gentle clean. “Very fast delivery! The soft brushes are better for my sore gums, I would like an equivalent of the grey size but could find the right ones. The soft brushes are also better than an electric. All recommended by my dentist.”

“I bought three packets of assorted sizes of interdent brushes and three travel cases to store them in. There was no option as to what colour travel cases to have. So I trusted Dental Direct to send an assortment of colours in order that different members of the household could easily identify which was theirs . But no, the travel cases were all the same colour green. Who ever packed either had not been trained properly or had no gumption. Love Europe Hate the EU.”

“Good dental products, can be a bit pricey on some things but dental hygiene is paramount compared with the cheap stuff in the supermarkets which basically are just cosmetic and a placebo effect. My dentist highly recommended them.”

“Since the covid virus arrived and caused so much disruption to every day life, I have regularly acquired my dental products from dental direct. I find their service second to none, orders are dispatched promptly and arrive within the allotted time span even during the worse periods of lockdown. I will not hesitate to continue using their services even when covid is finally defeated and and some form of normality returns. WELL DONE DENTAL DIRECT!”
