“Quick delivery and via Royal Mail for us is ideal in the countryside. Products are exactly as described and all intact well packaged. Only problem I had was availabilty of what I needed but that just means planning quantities to get free delivery. On the whole I would recommend this company especially as they have specialist products you otherwise have to slog around multiple shops for.”

“Very efficient service. My only minor complaint is that having made one previous purchase I was told I would have a 10% discount on the next order, being given a promotional code to claim it. When I made the second order I couldn't find anywhere to input the code.”

“Good range, good price but when the items arrived they looked like they'd been driven over! I understand Dental Direct can't control that, but they were just in a jiffy bag. It was touch-and-go whether the tubes had been punctured.”

“I chose dental direct based on price, but realised when it was too late that vat was added when I paid. My fault entirely but it would be more helpful to potential customers to know this before paying. It just leaves a bad memory that you didn’t compare like quotes with like ones A small monetary issue in my case but others may loose more money. Otherwise a first class service and delivery.”

“No problems with the overall process of ordering and delivery. The web site is easy to use. It would have been 5* but there are two batches of Tepe brushes (Green and Purple) that have failed as the wire is not cemented into the handle sufficiently well and the brush comes loose. This has happened since the handles were changed to a less saturated colour”
