“Overall happy with service, however did not receive confirmation email if my purchase. This is very important when ordering online you have actually purchased the correct items and given correct details. I used live chat to ask for confirmation email but didn't receive a reply so then had to email.”

“This was my first order from Dental Direct, as I was not aware of the company previously. I had discovered that high street shops don't sell the larger sizes of teepees, and even my dentist had none in stock. Hopefully typing in "purple teepees", Dental Direct was the first outlet to come up on my PC. Ordering was very straightforward, ditto paying, and the 3 packs ordered arrived with only a short wait. Very pleased with the service and will be back! Would also recommend to friends/family.”
