“I was pleased to receive 3 Sensodyne toothbrushes which I ordered. I thought that the bristles might have been a little softer, as my gums seem to be quite tender and I take blood thinners. Do you have various grades, like hard, medium and soft? Another question. What does the 3.5 refer to? I look forward to your reply, thanks. Peter Carrick.”

“Good communication and delivery. The 'recipe' of my Janina toothpaste seems to have changed, however. Tastes slightly different and not all the same ingredients are listed. Hope it's still as effective!”
