“As always dental direct provide excellent quality dental products at discounted prices. They provide good customer service and a rapid despatch service but are let down by the delays with Royal Mail. They should maybe think of using an alternative courier.”

“Products good and arrived in good condition. My only criticism is why, oh why do these companies insist on using Royal Mail. They are the worst to deal with even when they "guarantee" 48 hour delivery. There are so many better couriers around and, like some companies are now doing, why not offer courier delivery for a small extra charge and leave it to the consumer to decide if it's worth it.”

“I ordered 9 new toothbrushes on the basis that they were "very soft" as I am elderly with precarious teeth. The product was reasonably priced and does the job but I would not describe them as "very soft" as they are about the same as some children's toothbrushes I bought earlier. However, the delivery was good.”
